finally they gave Chris Brown the opportunity to dedicate something to the King of Pop, Michael Jackson. i read that he was been supposed to do something for him but they would not let him just because of the whole Rhianna situation but it's whatever. he's still dope in my eyes.
while performing Chris broke down and it just moved a lot of people and all i could say was "wow".
